Welcome to our community event! Our rules are designed to ensure a fair, respectful, and high-quality environment for all. Please take a moment to review the guidelines relevant to your role before attending.
Rules for All Attendees
Respect the Space: Please stick to designated walking paths. Do not obstruct, climb, or damage any market property or vendor displays.
Non-Solicitation: Unauthorized distribution of flyers, marketing materials, or promotional items to attendees or vendors is strictly prohibited.
Conduct: Harassment, aggressive behavior, or discrimination of any kind is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in immediate removal.
Smoking/Vaping: These activities are prohibited within the Arizona Center premises and near any food vendors or booths.
Photography/Videography: Personal use is fine, but always ask permission before taking close-up photos of individuals, products, or performers. Commercial photography must be pre-approved by the Indigenous Peoples’ Day Nite Market Team
Rules for Vendors
Mandatory Hours: You must be open and operational by 6PM-10PM
Tent Safety: All outdoor tents MUST be secured with a minimum of 40 lbs per leg. Safety is non-negotiable.
Space Limits: All equipment, stock, and signage must remain within your assigned boundary. [e.g., 10x10 ft]
Taxes & Permits: All vendors are solely responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax, and possessing all required operating licenses.
Cleanliness (Pack it In, Pack it Out): Leave your space spotless. Do not use public/venue trash cans for commercial waste (boxes, product refuse). A cleanup fee of $25 will be charged for non-compliance.

Noise: Amplified music or "hawking" (loud, aggressive verbal promotion) is prohibited to maintain a positive atmosphere for all neighbors.
