Assumption of Risk: *

I understand that leaving products, merchandise, equipment, or personal property in the designated locked storage room overnight involves inherent risks, including but not limited to theft, loss, fire, water damage, vandalism, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers.

Release of Liability: *

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with leaving my property in overnight storage and agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, venue owners, staff, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for loss, theft, or damage to my property.

Storage Conditions: *

I acknowledge that the storage room will be locked; however, the event organizers do not provide insurance, monitoring, or guarantees of security for stored items. I accept full responsibility for ensuring my property is properly packed, secured, and prepared for storage.

Insurance Responsibility: *

I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to carry adequate insurance coverage for my merchandise, equipment, or personal property. The event organizers do not provide insurance coverage for vendors’ items stored on-site.

Compliance with Rules: *

I agree to follow all event storage policies and procedures, including check-in and check-out times, and to clearly label my items with my business name for identification.

Removal of Items: *

I agree to remove all stored items by the designated deadline provided by event organizers. Any property left beyond this time may be considered abandoned, and the event organizers are not responsible for storage, safekeeping, or return of such items.

Acknowledgment: *

By clicking this, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement regarding overnight vendor storage.
